The Staff and Ministry Encouragement Team will look over your form and work to find you a fulfilling place of ministry. (East Side offers a quarterly class called Ministry 301 that can help you better understand how God has uniquely wired you up for ministry by helping you identify your Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences - or your S.H.A.P.E. for ministry)   First name?   Last name?   Children/Students NURSERY (Birth - 2 1/2 years) Provide the nurture and attention that our youngest ones need. CONNECTION CLASSES (2 1/2 - 18 years) Help kids develop a love for the Bible and one another by volunteering as a teacher or assistant on Sunday mornings. BUSY BEES (2 1/2 - 5 years) Share the message of Jesus Christ in a creative environment on Wednesday nights. TEAMKIDS (5 years - 6th grade) Impact the lives of kids with our fun and dynamic TEAMKIDS ministry on Wednesday nights. YOUTH GROUP (6th - 12th grade) Help junior high and high school students reach the next level in their relationship with Christ. VBS (4 years - 5TH grade) Change the lives of children with our powerful Vacation Bible School ministry every summer.   Adults OFFICE SUPPORT Assist with data entry, mailings, and special projects. CONNECTION CLASSES Assist in our adult Bible Study classes. WOMEN'S MINISTRY Inspire women to be all that God created them to be. MEN'S MINSTRY Join other men for community and fellowship. SPORTS AND RECREATION Share the love of Christ in a energetic and fun atmosphere. FASTRACK CLASSES Assist with our discipleship process.   Creative Arts BUILD TEAM Assist with carpentry, painting, and creative design. GRAPHICS Assist in designing promotional print pieces. MEDIA Use sound, video, lighting and graphics to enhance the services. MUSIC/DRAMA Creatively and dramatically communicate the message of Christ. PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY Photograph/Video members during Baptisms, Membership Classes, Services and other events.   Guest Services GREETERS & USHERS Welcome and offer assistance to each person who enters ESBC. FELLOWSHIP CAFE Serve guests drinks and snacks in between worship services in the Fellowship Café. LANDSCAPE Assist with mowing lawns and planting trees, shrubs, and flowers. WELCOME CENTER Welcome and assist worshipers by providing helpful information and materials.   Ministerial Care FOOD Love, encourage and support people in crisis with meals. ENCOURAGEMENT Follow up with visitors or encourage people in need.
